services satisfactorily or in a timely manner. This includes, but is
not limited to, loss of profits and inability to use the work
product. FixThisFoto's maximum liability is the amount that
otherwise would be due for FixThisFoto's services.

3. User Conduct

not to try to access any content not intended for you. You agree not
to use the website in a manner that might interfere with the rights
of third parties. You agree that you shall not impersonate any

FixThisFoto does not accept projects that involve "adult sexual
content" , racist content or “violence related content” or any
other content deemed inappropriate . It will be FixThisFoto’s sole
discretion to decide which content falls in one of the above
categories.
4. Termination of Service
FixThisFoto may , without prior notice, terminate its service to you
at any time for any conduct in violation of this Terms and
Conditions or any other policies or guidelines set forth by
FixThisFoto
5. Not all photos can be restored or edited in accordance with a
customer's requirements. If for whatever reason, FixThisFoto cannot
satisfy your requirements, FixThisFoto will refund the full amount
for the photo or job in question.
6. Right to Disclose
FixThisFoto reserves the right to disclose any information posted by
you to the relevant government authorities to satisfy any law,
regulation or government request.
7. General Provisions
Not enforcing any right or provision
in these Terms and Conditions shall in no way imply these rights
have been waived by FixThisFoto.
